Returns & Exchanges
I want your experience buying from Ellie + Layne to be a positive one, so I am happy to help you with any questions regarding a return or exchange if the criteria is met.
-All products that are on sale can not be exchanged or be refunded for. Once a sale item is purchased, the sale is final.
-Swimwear is a non refundable product and all sales are final once purchased due to hygienic reasons unless faulty.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. If the sizing is incorrect and hygiene strip is still in place, we can exchange for the correct size.
-We accept all returns and refunds for faulty or defective items, in this case we will cover postage both ways. The refund will be made within 14 days of product being returned to us in the same form as the original payment. A label will be emailed to you to print and return item.
-All exchanges or "change of mind" returns MUST be returned in its original unused, unworn and unwashed condition with tags still attached (if applicable). Postage back to us for an item to be exchanged is the responsibility of the customer. The new item to be exchanged will be shipped within 48hrs of us receiving the incorrect item and is also the responsibility of the customer.
"Change of mind" items can only be returned for a store credit ONLY. No refunds given.
