When will I receive my items?

Our current turn around time to SHIP is 2-5 business days, although it is usually much quicker. You will receive an email when your items ship.

International shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive. You will be responsible for any import duties or taxes upon arrival.

Ellie + Layne is not responsible for packages after they are sent and therefore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A claim can be filed with the carrier service. Please reach out if you need help with these steps.

Do you ship Internationally?

We only ship to the US and Canada at this time. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and any customs duties/fees.
